Communication, reading, writing at NQF Level 1 or equivalent, and your enthusiasm.

Understand the fundamentals required for safe work procedures. Carry out risk assessments. Identify what causes accidents and how to prevent them. Understand the Occupational Health and Safety Act 85 of 1993 and relevant safety laws. Save companies and individuals money.
